Excellent customer service. We had a problem with our 3 way fridge and called in to get fixed - gas man was coming by - and we're on the road again without delay, and fully functional fridge. Great range of products in-store, as well.
I think this is a doggy repairer everything they did was fauty two hatches that leak a hot water system that doesn't work a fridge with a dent in it and been back a couple of times and still not fixed
Owner told me to ring the manufacturer which blames the installation 6000 for a doggy job just another get rich quick scheme from a doggy repairer
Our Dometic freezer latch broke while in Noosa. We rang 3 dealers in and around Noosa, no one could help. We rang Gympie Caravan and RV (Matt) and they said drop in on our way to Hervey Bay. Supplied and fitted the locking device within 15 minutes. Absolutely fantastic service. A big thank you to Gympie Caravan and RV.
By the way they were inundated with flood waters earlier on this year and there must be a lot of stress but they were professional and so helpful. Thanks again.
We’re in the process of getting our Winnebago ready for sale and need alot of small bits and pieces. Andy searched for nearly 20 trying to find the exact piece, finally finding it but realising it would be weeks to get there due to Victoria’s lockdown. We needed it right away, so he gave a fix it solution and it worked perfectly.
Any and Co. are seriously interested in the customers best outcome.
I plan on making this shop the first place to go to for all of my future Motorhome needs.

Perhaps the most helpful caravan repairing business we have come across in 7 years of travelling. Generous with their advice, Willing to go the extra mile to ensure we had the appropriate replacements ( in our case fridge ) involving multiple calls to manufacturers and dealers, we can not sing their praises highly enough.Thank you Andy and team
This company is selling flood damaged stock for FULL PRICE! We purchased $400 worth of items and asked specifically if anything had been in flood water. They have repackaged and relabelled their stock & are selling for full price!
Dropped In early morning as we had a wiring issue with our caravan, Andy came out and diagnosed the problem. He unfortunately couldn't repair the issue until the afternoon and we needed to be on the road asap. Instead of just leaving it at that, he went and rang around to find us another local Auto Electrician who could do the job striaght away. Couldn't recommend this business any higher. Thanks Andy, job has been done and we are on our way. Thanks again.

there was a -10 of service and quality of parts I would give it.
Took back a faulty kitchen hand water pump not even fitted for 24hrs and broke. Was closed for weekend so went back in Monday to get a replacement or refund and the service people was arrogant, would not refund or replace.

You asked for my details I gave them to you to put in but wouldn't fill in the form.
I had a few choice words and as i just wanted a refund, it was 4 screws and I hose to put in wasn't, rocket science for installation only took 10 minutes and a hour around trip to where I was set up.
If that's how you treat your customers not sure how your still in business.
